Skilled nursing is a service for patients whose medical needs can only be met by a licensed nurse. Most skilled nursing services are offered in hospitals or assisted living facilities.

However, some families and patients would prefer, or require, the convenience of a Home Heath Nurse

At Conquered HHC, we offer skilled nursing services that are personalized and performed by our staff of registered nurses and licensed vocational nurses.

Anyone who requires frequent medical care that goes beyond what they can provide for themselves is eligible to receive at-home nursing
